Metallic Goat

Delvaux Metalic Goatskin leather is a fine yet resilient material with a pronounced texture. Finished with a delicately applied, deep gold-coloured laminate that offers the effect of a natural patina, this unique leather makes an intensely radiant statement.

Care Instructions

Your Delvaux is made of top-quality goat leather, selected and crafted with care by our master craftsmen in our workshops in Belgium and France.

To preserve the timeless beauty of the leather, we recommend that you take the following steps:

  • First of all, if your Delvaux is damaged in any way, take it to one of our boutiques or contact Customer Service.

  • Fill your Delvaux with tissue paper to preserve its shape and store it in its original dust bag.

  • Be careful not to overfill your Delvaux, as this could permanently damage its shape.

  • Avoid contact with oils, greases, perfumes, and cosmetics.

  • If the leather is wet, wipe it gently by dabbing it with a soft, clean cloth to prevent staining.

  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat to prevent discolouration.

  • Avoid putting dark-coloured clothes in contact with light-coloured leathers and dark-coloured leathers with light-coloured clothes, as dye transfer could occur.

  • Metal hardware will acquire a patina over time. All metal accents should be gently cleaned with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth.

  • Do not use the Delvaux First Care range on your Delvaux, as it is not suitable for this kind of leather.
